PARTICIPATION PROCESS 2014
ENTC IX Participation Process:
To secure participation & accommodation a €250 deposit/commitment fee is required, €200 of which will be returned to your manager/coach/union at the end of the camp (at the BANQUET on Sunday) if no damage or injury/hospital costs were incurred during the camp.
THIS DEPOSIT IS DUE BY LATEST FRI. 07 March 2014 (originally Fri. 28 Feb. 2014)
After Fri. 07 March an additional €25 will be added to the fee, therefore, €275 due and €200 will be returned at Banquet.

Accommodation + 3 meals a day will cost a special all inclusive rate of €30 per day for players in 6 – 8 bedded rooms and €36 per day for staff (whether staff is a player /referee /coach /manager/physio or driver). So, arriving on Thursday, participants would be staying 5 days (Thurs. to Mon.) and the cost would be €150 each for players and €180 each for staff.
100% Payment due by Monday 24 March 2014.

Those of you flying into Vienna or Budapest can be put in contact with one another in case you wish to coordinate joint transportation to Zanka return. Just let me know.
REMINDERS for upcoming Dates:
• €250,- FINAL Deposit/Commitment fee by Friday 07 March 2014 if deposit is not needed for player emergency, €200,- will be returned to team manager/coach by host union on last day of ENTC at the BANQUET.
• Registration Forms handed in by Monday 24 March 2014 – don’t forget to register coaches and referees for the IRB Certification Courses! And please provide us with their e-mail addresses as well so that the Coach and Referee Educators can reach them about preparation & materials they need.
• Final/full 100% Payment (no 50% deposits) by Monday 24 March 2014.
• ENTC IX from Thursday 17 to Monday 21 April 2014
We anticipate the participation of 10 Nations for which accommodations have been reserved.
Those that pay the €250,- Deposit/Commitment fee by Friday 28 Feb 2014 will be the first to be considered for these reserved rooms at the rates offered.
